VAERS History Viewer

This tool allows you to view the full history of a VAERS report, including all changes over time, symptoms, and vaccination details.

How It Works

Enter a VAERS_ID in the viewer URL to see all historical versions of that report.
The main table shows all fields for each version, side by side, so you can compare changes over time.
Symptoms and vaccination details are shown in separate tables, with visual diffing for symptoms by dose/order.
Known issue in the CDC data: The ORDER value in the Symptoms table does not correctly match the clinical narrative in the data CSV files

Try It Out

Open the viewer with a specific VAERS_ID by using a URL like:

Replace the id parameter with any valid VAERS_ID.
